Some of the best music from the "Summer of Love" is remembered in the September 2014 edition of Your Postal Podcast.
Retired postal employee Jae Whitaker lived with legendary Janis Joplin during the rock singer's journey to the peak of her fame and reminisced in an interview with Your Postal Podcast on the releases of the Forever Stamp honoring her friend.
Later in the program, you'll hear thoughts from a Medal of Honor recipient who demonstrated bravery and valor during the Korean War. Hiroshi Miyamura is one of the medal recipients whose photo is included on the new Medal of Honor - Korean War stamp folio. His appearance on the stamp sheet was celebrated at a recent ceremony in his native Gallup, NM.
